This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases and transactions made through BGS Gaming Store (BGS) (“BGS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you (“Customer”, “User”, or “you”) agree to be bound by this Policy.

All products and services provided by BGS are digital in nature, including but not limited to game recharges, in-game currency, and virtual items.

Due to the instant and irreversible delivery of digital goods, all successfully completed transactions are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this Policy.

2. Refund Limitation and Method

Where a refund is approved at the sole discretion of BGS, such refund shall be issued exclusively in the form of BGS Wallet Credits.

The following conditions apply:

No refunds shall be made in cash
No refunds shall be processed via bank transfer, mobile wallets, or third-party payment providers
Wallet Credits are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-withdrawable
Wallet Credits may only be used for future purchases within the BGS platform

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted only under the following limited circumstances:

A transaction is successfully paid but the recharge is not delivered due to a verified technical fault attributable to BGS
An order fails within the BGS system despite successful payment
A recharge is incorrectly delivered due to an error caused solely by BGS
The requested service becomes unavailable and cannot be fulfilled
To be eligible, the Customer must:
Submit a refund request within 24 hours of the transaction
Provide valid proof of payment and transaction details as requested by BGS

BGS reserves the sole right to determine the validity and eligibility of any refund claim.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Under no circumstances shall refunds be granted in the following cases:

Incorrect UID, Player ID, or account details provided by the Customer
Incorrect login credentials submitted by the Customer
Successful delivery of the recharge or digital item
Account suspension, ban, or restriction imposed by the game developer or publisher
Service interruptions, maintenance, or issues originating from third-party game providers
Customer’s change of mind after order confirmation

The Customer bears full responsibility for verifying all information prior to confirming any purchase.

5. Account Login-Based Services

For services requiring Customer account access:

The Customer expressly authorizes BGS to access the account solely for the purpose of completing the requested recharge
BGS shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from:
Pre-existing violations or account history
Unauthorized third-party access
Actions taken by the game developer or publisher

All login-based recharge transactions are strictly non-refundable once completed.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds in the form of Wallet Credits shall be processed within 24 to 72 hours from the time of approval.

BGS shall not be held liable for delays caused by system issues, verification procedures, or external factors.

7. Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse

BGS reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any refund request if:

Fraudulent activity is suspected
False or misleading information is provided
There is evidence of abuse or misuse of the platform
The Customer violates any applicable terms, policies, or laws

BGS further reserves the right to take appropriate legal action where necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BGS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

Use or inability to use the services
Errors caused by Customer-provided information
Actions taken by third-party game developers or publishers

BGS reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
